Bring Valdez Wrestling to your room! Valdez Personalized Team Clinics are designed for working in an intimate setting with a particular school/club, and to help wrestling teams and coaches implement the elite techniques and coaching strategies of Valdez Wrestling. Coaches and wrestlers will be exposed to the elite training regimen of Valdez Wrestling which has been successful at the highest levels of wrestling. This successful regimen includes high percentage wrestling technique, focused drilling, and hard wrestling, as well as mental preparation.

Coach Valdez makes it easy for coaches and wrestlers to get on the same page and start applying the Valdez Wrestling techniques and strategies right away. One of the foundational beliefs is that the mastery of elite wrestling techniques and strategies takes time and repetition. Coach Valdez’s hands on style and systematic approach allow coaches and wrestlers to remember the techniques and strategies well into the future so they are able to continue to work on mastery.

The Personalized Team Clinics also include team discussions that may include: peeking, mental toughness, diet and nutrition (cutting weight), off-season and in-season lifting etc. depending on what a particular coach deems most relevant for his team.

Most teams who send their wrestlers to a one or two week camp during the summer will spend an average of $495 a week per wrestler. The average camp will have anywhere from 150 to 350 other wrestlers. This type of setting does not allow any individual attention and is not the formula for getting a wrestler to begin mastering technique and strategy.

Valdez Personalized Team Clinics allow for a maximum of 40 wrestlers (all teammates). This creates an intimate setting and allows for teams to work and grow together while also receiving the individual attention that is essential for improvement. With 40 wrestlers the average cost per wrestler per clinic is $45-$60. When taking into consideration cost, individual attention, and the opportunity to work and grow as a team it is obvious why Valdez Personalized Team Clinics are your best option.

Day 2 9:00 – 11:30 // 12:45 – 3:00 // 3:15 – 4:45 (hard wrestling/ discussion)
